Get Fit and Have Fun Doing it!

LISA LINGARD

After her initial training with Future Fit, Lisa started her fitness career in Military gyms abroad, both in Cyprus and Belguim before heading back to the UK in 2009.

At this time she settled in Warsash and set up her company, the Better Body Club. Lisa believes that fitness should be for everyone regardless of their injuries, age or class preference and has worked to create a timetable that reflects this. Although Lisa enjoys teaching a wide variety of classes she has a particular love of dance, Pilates and music.

She has now moved to Denmead where she has set up another venue to teach fitness classes and her spare time is taken up with even more physical activity walking her 3 dogs and taking her 2 daughters out on their horses.

I spent 8 vibrant years in London, working on projects like Top of the Pops and performing at Blenheim Palace alongside the boy band Blue and Elton John.

After returning home to Gosport, I spent 9 years at Chichester University, running the Musical Theatre degree programme.

I transitioned into the fitness industry in 2022, earning qualifications in Zumba, Aquafit,Pilatesand Les Mills Body Combat, Body Balance and Shapes.

With a deep passion for movement and creating a fun, energetic atmosphere, I love bringing vitality and creativity to everything I do.

SARAH MAJOR

I originally trained as a dancer and musical theatre performer so have always had a passion for fitness and mindful movement. After years of expressing myself through dance I found a new way to connect with mind and body through the practice of yoga.

My classes are designed to help you find a deeper connection with your body, enhance flexibility, build strength and find inner peace through mindful movement.

Join me on the mat as we explore the Beauty of slow movement and discover the freedom that comes from the practice of yoga.

SARAH BURGESS

We’re delighted to partner with Sarah from Tap Into Peace, offering treatments in the Garden Room in Warsash on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am–8pm. Better Body Club members receive 10% off all 1-hour treatments using code BB10.

Sarah has been at home in Warsash for over 30 years, a place where her love for trees, the sea, and being outdoors in nature continues to inspire her healing work. Her journey into energy healing began in 2002 when she discovered Reiki, a Japanese healing technique and developed and an awareness that we are far more than just our physical bodies. Guided by a holistic perspective, Sarah believes that mind, body, and soul are intrinsically connected and that true wellbeing comes from
nurturing all three.

With a calm and caring approach, Sarah offers people a window of peace in their busy lives using Reiki healing. She also gently supports clients through life’s
challenges using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a powerful blend of talking therapy and somatic work, which also helps release emotional tension and restore balance and find clarity.
In 2025, her new business, Tap into Peace was opened, bringing Reiki and EFT tapping to Warsash. Currently available Mondays and Wednesdays 9am- 8pm. Whether she’s working with clients, spending time in nature, or taking invigorating
cold-water swims, Sarah brings warmth, compassion, and grounded energy into everything she does. She loves guiding people back to themselves—helping them feel lighter, more aligned, and more at ease in their own life.
