Yoga & Wellness


Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. It involves physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and ethical principles aimed at promoting physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.



This yoga class is designed to help you:

  • Relax and quiet the mind 
  • Build the foundations for a strong and supple body
  • Feel balanced in mind and body

Classes include:

  • Breath work
  • Insight into the meaning of yoga
  • Postures for balance, strength and flexibility
  • Relaxation and meditation

No yoga experience is needed for this gentle class and postures can be adapted to suit all abilities.

Please bring some water to drink, a yoga mat and a blanket if you wish.
