Join Betsy for Yin yoga. Yin is a wonderful practice that invites us to slow down, listen and connect with ourselves. We hold poses for 3-5 minutes which are mainly reclining or seated and props are used to help us release tension slowly. In yin we work deeper with the fascia where we store both physical and emotional tension.
Yin is a really effective practice for increasing flexibility, reducing emotional stress, releasing physical tension, improving sleep, all helping us to feel more balanced and at peace. This class is suitable for all abilities.
