If you haven’t exercised in a while, don’t worry the class focuses on gentle exercise to help regain fitness at your own pace. However, if you are used to exercising it can be tailored to be more strenuous.

Mondays 10.15am

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, dance, and Pilates, that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body. It's designed to be a full-body workout broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including the arms, thighs, glutes, and core, working the muscles through small targeted movements, high repetition, and lightweight or resistance.
