YOGA & WELLNESS


Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Both our Yoga teachers practice Vinyasa Flow which is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.


In 2021 we have added to our programme of classes and included several Wellness Groups, which we hope will be beneficial to many of our clients at this difficult time.

VINYASA YOGA

Energising Yoga Flow

The teachings of yoga provide us with an incredible toolkit for looking after ourselves and even a short, regular practice can bring a wealth of benefits. This 30-minute class is an all-body flow to gently ease you into your body, release any tightness or tension, and prepare your body and mind for the day ahead.

Connecting breath with movement, we will gradually build in pace and energy so your body is looser and your mind is calmer.

Every class will involve breath-led movement for the whole body, which is fantastic for releasing tight backs, shoulders and hips, and for improving circulation, your immune system and mobility.
Accessible for all levels of experience, fitness and flexibility. Just a yoga mat is required, but feel free to use a cushion to sit on for the start and end of the practice.

WELLNESS SESSION

HATHA YOGA

WITH JILL


This class consists of movement, breathwork, a short meditation, and ends with a lovely guided relaxation. The intention of the session is to help maintain mobility, wellness, and emotional rest.


All you need is a mat and something to keep warm during relaxation. It is suitable for all, including complete beginners.
