'Following the latest Government announcement about actions to be taken during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak - we have now moved to an online programme to enable us to carry on offering you our Fitness classes!

As we don't yet have any news on when we will be able to return to exercise classes in our venues we are now offering the June Online #GoodtoExercise Membership at the price of £20. 

The membership includes a programme of LIVE Virtual online classes Monday to Friday (as shown below) and also a weekly set of pre-recorded video classes.


The membership can be purchased through our MindBody booking system

Wednesdays

9.30 - 10.30am LIVE Pilates with Anita

5.45 - 6.45pm LIVE Pilates with Martine


Thursdays

8.20 - 9.25am LIVE Pilates for Strength with Martine

9.30 - 10.30am LIVE Pilates with Martine

6.30 - 7.30pm LIVE Dance & Tone with Anita


Fridays

9.30 - 10.30pm - LIVE HIIT with Lisa

For lots of classes, all you will need is a mat and some water to drink! However, we have a list here of the equipment you may need. If you don't have your own equipment Lisa will be running a service to hire equipment for use at home, including the trampolines. Please call to arrange a pick-up M: 07923 231806.
