Pop Up Classes


We are also offering some Pop Up Outdoor Classes each week, including General Fitness & Pilates. There are 10 spaces in each class and the cost is £7, payable at the start of the class.

Nordic Walking with Martine


Martine is offering individual lessons, or group lessons for up to 5 friends, to learn the technique for Nordic Walking. This enhanced walking technique uses poles to work the upper body as well as your legs and gives a highly effective all-over workout. Please contact Martine for more details on 07933 289342.

NEW! Denmead Community Centre Classes with Lisa


We are excited to announce that we can go back to Denmead Community Centre in August. Lisa will be running a wide variety of fitness classes - 15 classes a week for the first 2 weeks re the below timetable. Please sign up for a class via our MindBody booking site.


We also need to ask you to complete our Health Questionnaire and return to us via email admin@betterbodyclub.co.uk, before attending a class.


Additional information

  1. Where possible and appropriate classes will be held outside as this is a more safe way to exercise. Inside classes will be limited to 10 which will allow each client approx ten metres squared of space each. Therefore I will only book a maximum of 10 onto each class and have a waiting list for any additional clients.
  2. Please let me know asap if you cannot attend a class you have booked so that anyone on the waiting list can take your place.
  3. Classes are £6 or 2 consecutive classes on same day for £10. Payment in cash on the day or by bank transfer to L Lingard 40-21-03, 51304925
  4. All equipment will be disinfected before and after classes, hand sanitizer will be provided for clients as they arrive and leave. Anyone who is showing any signs of illness or is living with someone who is ill should not attend classes.
  5. Toilets are available to use in the centre but only if you’re desperate 😁. Try to go before you leave home!
  6. The timetable for week 3 and week 4 in August will be decided after the first 2 weeks.

9.30am - LBT (legs, bums and tums – low impact)

10.30am -  Pilates flow ( not suitable for beginners)

7pm - Pilates Flow (Not suitable for beginners)

8pm -  Burlesque
