From 1st April we are offering a new online monthly membership, which will give access to all our online pre-recorded and LIVE classes, at just £20. The membership can be purchased through our MindBody booking system.

For lots of classes, all you will need is a mat and some water to drink! However, we have a list here of the equipment you may need. If you don't have your own equipment Lisa will be running a service to hire equipment for use at home, including the trampolines. Please call to arrange a pick-up M: 07923 231806.
