This session is a low impact workout that allows you to tone up, firm up and burn fat from your stomach, hips, thighs and bottom. It will help you strengthen your core and improve your overall fitness. Using free/ body weight you will work through a sequence of movements focusing on these sometimes stubborn areas!!
