Over 50s Keep Fit & Tone
An all round class that will keep you fit and build your strength. The class has an aerobic section that will increase your heart rate without any high impact exercises, so easy in the knees! It also has a weight section with small hand weights, all done to great music, attended by both men and woman and suitable for all ages over 50 as plenty of adaptations of each exercise.
There are no mats involved, exercises are taught in a standing position with the option to sit in a chair if you have mobility issues.
