This chair based exercise routine is ideal for people who are concerned about their ability to stand while exercising, so we do the whole routine sitting down. You’ll be surprised at how much you can work your whole body from a chair.
These classes improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for greater independence. These type of classes have been proven to improve balance to reduce falls risk. All the exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability.
Lots of fun, great music and a friendly social environment where you can meet new friends and feel part of the community!
