This total body workout combines elements of a traditional ballet class with modern exercise techniques to give you an extremely effective and challenging workout.


Barre exercises are performed to traditional ballet music which will tone and sculpt your thighs, bottom, abs and arms.  Lengthening and stretching exercises will improve your flexibility and posture.


This class will leave you feeling amazing, stronger and standing taller!
