Online Class Instructions

We use the Zoom webinar service for our LIVE online classes.

You will need an internet connection and a device to use this service. Zoom can be downloaded on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.

Ideally, you will also have a camera and microphone on your device so that we can see and hear you too!

If you are not familiar with this service please see some info. and instructions below. You can also find more details on the Zoom website.

Alternatively please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like some help setting it up.

Download the Zoom App

Please download the App for free from your App Store for your tablet or phone.

If you are using a desktop or laptop you will need to download the application from the website

You can use the Zoom website to set up your account but you will need to use the Application to access the calls. This can be found on your Start Menu on a PC or your applications folder or launchpad on a Mac.

Joining a Class

You will need to book your class as usual through our MindBody booking system.

The instructor will then send you a message before the class giving you the meeting ID, which you only need if you are late or lose connection.

The instructor will invite you to join the class 5 minutes before the start. Please do not try and enter the class before this as the instructor may still be teaching the previous class.

In the Class

Please join the class with your Audio & Camera on - to say hello to everyone!

The instructor will then ask you to turn your audio off. You should see a button on your screen to enable you to do this.

You will also be able to see the other participants in the class and the instructor will be able to see all of you - this helps them to make sure everyone is carrying out the exercises correctly.
