After her initial training with Future Fit, Lisa started her fitness career in Military gyms abroad, both in Cyprus and Belguim before heading back to the UK 5 years ago.  She settled in Warsash and set up her company, The Better Body Club.  Lisa believes that fitness should be for everyone regardless of their injuries, age or class preference and has worked to create a timetable that reflects this.  Although Lisa enjoys teaching a wide variety of classes she has a particular love of dance, pilates and music.  Her spare time is taken up with even more physical activity walking her 3 dogs and taking her 2 teenage daughters out on their horses.

Anita works part time as a bookkeeper and has taught tap, ballet and modern dance to both children and adults for many years.  In recent years she has qualified in Mat Work Pilates and Personal Training to try and switch the balance between her two jobs, and spend more time concentrating on the fitness industry.


Her passion is tap dancing and she hopes that her new class at the Better Body Club will be well attended.  So, if you have tap danced as a child or have always wanted to give it ago, you are assured of a warm and encouraging welcome.

Gemma received her hatha yoga training with FRYOG and has been teaching classes in the Hampshire area since January 2016.


Gemma's classes are designed to help you leave behind the grind of daily life, and reconnect with your body and breath. The classes are based on traditional hatha yoga methods and vinyasa flow. They incorporate gentle, dynamic, flowing sequences to stretch and work the body, slow the breath and get re-acquainted with yourself.

Eloise started her Yoga journey back in 1999, on her travels she stumbled upon a beautiful Yoga class being offered in Manly, Sydney Australia. She was overwhelmed by the feeling she always had after these classes. Back in the UK she discovered there were lots of Yoga classes being offered in Southampton and was hooked again and here she is 18 years later teaching it and living the dream! 


If you have never done any Yoga before and want to try it, this is a great place to start. Eloise offers modifications and teaches a Hatha/Vinyasa style suitable to suit any one of any age or body type or any experience. Whether you are a beginner or someone wanting to try a new class, Eloise's is a good class to explore.
