Classes are designed to help you leave behind the grind of daily life, and reconnect with your body and breath. The classes are based on traditional Hatha Yoga methods and Vinyasa Flow. They incorporate gentle, dynamic, flowing sequences to stretch and work the body, slow the breath and get re-acquainted with yourself.
