Nordic Walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking, using poles in order to add two major benefits to walking:
- The use of poles means the upper body muscles are used as well as the legs.
- The poles help to propel the walker along – this means he/she works harder than usual yet the support given by the poles makes it feel easier!
- Nordic walking not only improves your fitness but is a good way to meet new people.

The Fitness session on Tuesday will be more of a cardio session with the focus on getting the heart rate up.
*Taster sessions can be arranged directly with our instructor Martine at a time that suits. Please call Martine on 07933 289342 to arrange a session. Once a taster session has been completed then a client is free to join weekly walks booking through Mindbody. These sessions are suitable for all levels as you will be learning the correct technique.
