Jump Fit is a cardio exercise class that will get your heart rate up, helping you to burn calories and lose weight. Cardio exercise also makes your heart strong so that it doesn't have to work as hard to pump blood & increases your lung capacity. This helps reduce your risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure & diabetes. The class also includes some toning and stretching exercises at the end of each session.
