Pilates based exercises on the ball. Not suitable for complete beginners the Fit Ball provides a great workout for all the major muscle groups including upper body, lower body, abs and back. Not only will you tone up and increase strength and stability but you will get a great stretch at the end of the class. A fun and challenging workout!


Fit balls are provided for anyone who needs one but if you have one then please bring it to class as numbers available are limited.
