The Boogie Bounce programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline (with safety bar), choreographed to chart topping inspiring music, which includes an extremely effective cardio and toning section.
Promoted as one of the best and most effective exercises you can do, Boogie Bounce is a low-impact workout that tones muscles, burns fat and improves co-ordination. It is literally suitable for everyone & is great fun. We run an Over 50s & beginner class for those first starting out or for those who would like to go at a slightly slower pace - this class is 45 minutes duration.
Every muscle in the body is worked, from your smiling faces right down to the notorious pelvic floor, so there are no excuses!
